APPOINTMENTS

We offer face to face, telephone or video telehealth consultations.

To make an appointment, please call:

(02) 6495 4700.

Standard consultations are booked for 15 minutes, and we do our best to keep to schedule. If you have multiple concerns or a more complex issue to discuss, we recommend booking a longer appointment to ensure we have the time needed to provide thorough care.

Occasionally, emergencies may cause delays to scheduled appointments. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will always do our best to keep you informed if your appointment time is affected.

We are proudly a teaching clinic, so medical and nursing students often sit in with our doctors and nurses as part of their training. Before your consultation, we will always ask for your consent regarding student involvement.

Sapphire Clinic operates by appointment. If you have an urgent medical concern that needs same-day attention, please phone the clinic from 8:30 AM to request an ON THE DAY appointment.

We use a triage system for all same-day requests. Our reception and nursing staff are trained in emergency triage and first aid, and this system ensures patients with the most urgent needs are seen as quickly as possible.

Please note: we do not accept walk-ins and do not operate as an Emergency Department. If you are seriously unwell, go directly to the nearest Emergency Department at South East Regional Hospital (Bega)
