*Minimising the spread of illness and infection*

At Sapphire Clinic, our goal is to create a safe, healthy environment for everyone—patients, staff, and visitors. One of the keyways we achieve this is by minimising the spread of infection. We encourage everyone to take a few simple steps to protect themselves and others while in the clinic.

Utilise the hand sanitiser stations placed throughout the clinic, especially after coughing, sneezing, or touching surfaces.

If you’re feeling unwell, or have symptoms such as a cough, rash, fever, or any other signs of illness, we ask that you alert our reception staff at check-in. This allows us to take appropriate measures to protect others and provide the best care for you.

You may be asked to wait outside or in a designated area away from the waiting room to help reduce the risk of spreading illness to others. Additionally, if you are feeling unwell, please wear a mask and keep a safe distance from others whenever possible.

If you have any questions or need guidance on protecting yourself and others, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our staff members. Working together, we can help reduce the spread of infection and ensure a safer clinic experience for all.
