Secure pre-consult questionnaire
At Sapphire Clinic, we are using BetterConsult for some of our doctors to improve patient experience. It is a secure service where you are able to fill in a pre-consultation questionnaire about the reason for coming to the doctor including symptoms, medications and relevant clinical information. You will be prompted via text messaging to access a confidential online link.
It helps our doctors plan better for your visit, improve our documentation and let’s us be more patient focused. This information remains private and confidential between you and your doctor.
